Steven Durgarn

A SAG-AFTRA ACTOR

Steven Durgarn, raised in Burbank, California, is a member of the Screen Actors Guild and American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (SAG-AFTRA). He joined the U.S. Marines 1966 and served nine (9) years, including a tour in Vietnam with portions of his military career in Japan and many stateside locations.

Steven worked for the Department Of State, located in Washington D.C. as a Communications Officer in several of our Embassies/Missions over seas. Some of the countries that Steven worked and lived in are: The former Soviet Union “Russia”, Berlin Germany, Beirut Lebanon and Beijing China. While working overseas, Steven was able to witness/film certain world events as they occurred. Part of that history includes: the Beijing massacre in 1989 and the collapse of the Berlin Wall.
